KUM beers are a craft “school” recipe and mostly American varieties of hops are used, which further strengthens them as real “craft” beers, to which we have given our personal stamp.
Powerful black beer with creamy cocoa foam. The smell of fresh morning coffee and the taste of fine dark chocolate with caramel will leave a smile on your face long after drinking this beer.
MONASTERY BEER (Belgian Tripel)
Fruit – Spices – Vanilla Beer in the style of strong Belgian monastery ales. Extremely golden color with extraordinarily creamy foam. A unique combination of southern fruit, apple, vanilla, and spice flavors.
Classic – Light – Drinkable Mild bitterness beer obtained from the finest varieties of hops. The bright yellow color, as well as the density, has a constant foam thanks to the best-selected types of German malt. The light aroma and fullness of taste give a completely new and special note.
RED (Irish Red Ale)
Red ruby colored beer dominated by malt smoked on dry beech wood. It has an invigorating effect thanks to its full and rich taste with the smell of smoke and spicy barbecue. Slightly carbonated and refreshing.
GOLD (Pale Ale)
Aromatic – Floral – Fruity Dukat-yellow beer with lavish foam. By choosing special American varieties of hops, an intoxicating floral scent was achieved, and a specific fruity aroma is permeated by a moderate bitterness.
Best grilled dishes have always been at Kum’s. From the highest quality beef, according to the original Sarajevo recipe, prepared with a lot of care, they make each bite special.
Sarajevo ćevaps, but in Kum’s way, made of the highest quality beef with a special combination of natural spices, without any additives, served in a flatbread, which we dip in homemade soup and grill before serving. 125 grams.
Pure beef mixed with homemade cheese, crushed cheese, and dried beef. It is served in portions of 310 and 460 grams.
Dedina sudžukica – a homemade sausage made of pure beef mixed with cheese and a mixture of homemade spices, stuffed into a natural beef casing, and then lightly smoked on beech wood in Grandpa’s smokehouse. 200 grams.
Locally grown chicken wings in three different mixtures of special spices (spicy, with garlic, and classic) go especially well with all our homemade beers. 500 grams.
Ramsteak for heart and soul. The beef ram steak was aged in a pač of olive oil and a mixture of Mediterranean spices and then “thrown” on charcoal. We recommend medium-rare so that you can best enjoy a juicy and delicious bite. 300 grams.

Pljeskavica from pure beef
A classic pljeskavica made of ćevap meat and served in grilled flatbread. We serve it in three sizes: small 125 grams, medium 150 grams, and large 200 grams.
Pure beef mixed with home-made cheese, we recommend medium-roasted so that all the cheese juices remain in the pljaskavica. We have it in three sizes: 225 grams, 270 grams, and 350 grams.
Finely chopped dry beef bacon with homemade kajmak in fresh flatbread and then grilled.
Dedin somun sa kajmakom
Homemade and fresh as a soul flatbread coated with homemade kajmak and of course grilled. 100 grams and 200 grams.

A juicy dessert that comes to our table from South America, made from three types of milk and a special flour mixture, with a caramel topping, will refresh and sweeten you at the same time.
